DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis announces that Keep DeKalb Beautiful (KDB) will offer residents of DeKalb County an opportunity to recycle their old electronic items properly and reduce the environmental liability of hazardous material entering DeKalb County’s Seminole Landfill.
