Magic Johnson Bridgescape Academy Opens to Help Metro Atlanta Students Earn Their High School Diploma

The first Magic Johnson Bridgescape center, a program of Provost Academy Georgia (PAGA), is now open and accepting students. Magic Johnson Bridgescape at PAGA is designed to help high school-age students who have left school or are at risk of leaving earn a standard high school diploma.

Recycling Now Free in DeKalb County - Fees Dropped, Time for Everyone to “Get a Bin”

Effective Sept. 26, DeKalb County is eliminating the $30 registration fee for curbside recycling making it free for DeKalb residents. The measure was approved unanimously by the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners.

The DeKalb County Board of Health kicks off its 2012-2013 seasonal flu campaign. Don't miss days of work, school or vacation because of the flu. Get your flu shots early. The health department provides flu shots at all four of its health centers on a walk-in basis, Monday - Friday, between 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
